MinusTV is our video platform, reaching an international audience. The videos range from punchy vox-pops, information and snapshots of Minus18 events, as well as advice and educational resources.

Young people from all over Australia seek support, hear the stories of other queer young people, or even just have a laugh discretely, building their confidence and sense of empowered.

Over the past 12 months, MinusTV’s total video views have passed 120,000.
That’s thousands of people that have seen and shared the work of the Minus18 Crew. The videos have been featured around the web, on sites like The Huffington Post, Upworthy, and other international news outlets. The two big highlights of this year are the Year 7 Self video, encouraging straight young people to challenge homophobia and transphobia, as well as the Minus18 “Who We Are” Video, that gives an insight into some of work.

Working on MinusTV is also a great way for young people to develop skills in cinematography, directing, editing and video publishing.
